Planning and Design
A parking
facility's size, layout, and method of operation are all critical factors
to be analyzed when considering an investment in land to satisfy parking
needs. We can assist public and private agencies in the evaluation of
parking demand and space requirements, determination of capacity and
operating characteristics, ingress and egress requirements, and development
of plans, specifications, and estimates for internal routing signs,
access systems, and manual and computerized systems for security, traffic,
and revenue control. We can also provide expertise in operations and
management of new and existing facilities. In addition, we have had
considerable experience in all aspects of parking feasibility studies,
including analysis of rate structures, operation costs, revenue projections,
financing, and bond requirements.
